Data-Share Listing Access with RPR View!

Stellar MLS, together with FMLS and Gulf Coast MLS, have recently expanded their data share permissions on Realtors Property Resource (RPR) to reflect a new data share partnership within RPR via RPR View! When subscribers of each organization access RPR, it provides the same complement of Off-Market data shared via their native MLS systems!

Additionally, from the beginning of Stellar MLS & RPR's partnership, On-Market listings have been viewable by all REALTORS® in the RPR platform, broadening listing exposure and activity and reinforcing the referral opportunities for agents to the over 1.1M REALTORS® using the RPR platform. 

Data-Sharing With RPR View

RPR View^™––the nation’s largest listing data share initiative offered through an agent’s MLS subscription to Realtors Property Resource^® (RPR^®)––offers agents access to listings from MLSs outside their coverage area, including on- and off-market properties. It is a set of display permissions that allow partner MLSs to make listings viewable by REALTORS^® in other markets. Through RPR View, MLS subscribers can access a much larger footprint of property data, including public records and listing data like sales, valuations, transaction histories, assessments, foreclosures, mortgage info, historical data, and more.

There are no fees associated with RPR View. It's included as a member benefit of the National Association of REALTORS, so you will never see an extra fee or cost for anything affiliated with RPR or RPR View. 

Access RPR View 

• Log into your RPR account
• Navigate to the Settings and Profile page.
• Filter and sort by state, county names, and types of data shared.
